If you are looking for a truly interactive and engaging dining experience, come to Ichiban Japanese Cuisine Sushi Bar and Hibachi Steak House. Ichiban, meaning “number one,” has two restaurant locations. Our New Jersey location opened in 2002 and two years later we expanded to Williamsport, Pennsylvania. If you choose to dine with us, don’t forget to try a Japanese beer at either location. Both New Jersey and Pennsylvania restaurants have liquor licenses to add to your dining experience. If alcohol does not appeal to you, we have a variety of special virgin drinks. Our special drinks include flavored Ichiban Iced Teas in a variety of flavors. We also have nonalcoholic frozen drinks such as pina coladas or strawberry daiquiris. 


    Our Williamsport location provides a friendly atmosphere where our servers are waiting to assist you. Our New Jersey location has a new Asian Fusion menu. Come try a variety of Asian cultures  that will satisfy your palate. Both menus also have a variety of vegetarian meals; we cater to vegans!
